The Slovenian traffic camera system that can capture and record the entire city in one video is being used by authorities to target criminals and drug dealers, and to keep the city safe.
The system uses cameras that capture images of pedestrians and other cars, and can be connected to mobile phones to capture the traffic.
The Slovenians are using this system to keep traffic out of the city.
According to the company that developed it, the camera system was built by a Slovenian startup called Biotec.
The video system, which was built for the city of Vojvodina, in southern Slovenia, can capture more than 30 minutes of video in a single day.
It is capable of capturing images for up to two hours per day.
Biotech also sells a similar system in Croatia, but it has not yet been released in the United States.
Traffic cameras, as they are called, are not only used to detect criminal activity, but also to keep dangerous people off the streets.
A number of countries around the world have introduced some form of automated traffic control.
But the United State has not, and the cameras installed in the cities of San Francisco and Seattle have not been subject to federal oversight.
This is because it is not a federal jurisdiction.
According the Department of Transportation, it is only a “state agency,” which is exempt from federal oversight under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is responsible for implementing and monitoring the new systems.
“We believe this is an example of a great example of public safety innovation that has been developed and is available to the public at large,” Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx said in a statement.
“As a result, the Federal Government will not be responsible for oversight of any of these systems and will not provide assistance to any municipality that fails to comply with the new standards.”
The city of San Jose is the first municipality in the country to install the system.
Officials are now reviewing the data collected from the cameras and the systems to ensure the system is working correctly.
San Jose has also partnered with another startup, TrafficCo.
That company is using the same system to capture footage of cars passing by the city center.
San Francisco also has a similar traffic camera project that is being tested.
The technology can capture video of a car passing a traffic cone.
In the city, the cameras will capture the vehicle’s speed, the angle of the car’s rear window, the shape of the windshield, and even the driver’s face.
It will also record the vehicle on video if it stops for a red light.
San José officials say that the system can help keep the public safe, but there have been concerns that the cameras are being used for a “security purpose.”
“This system is not intended to monitor individuals,” San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo said.
“It’s intended to capture video and images of traffic patterns and vehicles that may pose a threat to the safety of the public.”
The San Jose project is now being tested with a similar camera system in Portland, Oregon.
The Oregonian reported that the company behind the system said it has been using the footage to help the city track criminals.
“The cameras capture footage from vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, pedestrians and people in crosswalks,” the company wrote in a blog post.
“This footage can be used to identify potential threats, such as people walking around on sidewalks or at crosswalkes.”
The Portland system will be testing with a more expensive camera that can be bought for $300,000.
