More than 700,000 vehicles were affected by a serious traffic condition in Florida when one school bus collided with another Monday morning.

The Florida Department of Transportation said the bus had been on the road in Palm Beach County, near Orlando, for about two hours when it ran into another vehicle.

The two buses collided at a red light at the intersection of Westfield Road and Lake Worth Boulevard in Orlando, according to the FDOT.

The bus, a white model, was traveling northbound on Lake Worth when it crossed the centerline and hit a light pole at the southbound end of the intersection.

Two people were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

A Florida Highway Patrol spokesman said it’s not known if the driver of the bus was also hurt.

The incident happened about 4:20 a.m. on Westfield Rd., between Lake Worth Blvd.

and Lake County Boulevard, according the FDT.

It’s not clear if anyone was injured.
